Henrik Lindholm invites you to
Côte de Beaune, in three glasses, in one Saturday.
Three wines, three eras of Burgundy, and a small enough table that the conversation won't drift. The Leflaive will start things; the Drouhin will surprise people; the Rousseau is the reason we are doing this at all. Ingvild is in the kitchen, the candles are dipped, and there is an extra bottle in the cellar in case the evening runs long. I am very glad you are coming.
— Henrik
We will taste blind for the first thirty seconds of each glass, then unmask the label. There is no formal scoring; there are sticky notes by the decanter for anyone who wants to leave a verdict.
2019 · Côte de Beaune, Burgundy · €420
Stone fruit, beeswax, a long mineral finish. Drinking beautifully now; will live another decade if it must.
2 oz · poured by Henrik
2014 · Beaune Premier Cru, Burgundy · €310
Cherry skin and rose petal up front; smoke, leather, and forest floor as it opens. A wine that rewards patience and a second sip.
2 oz · decanted at 6:30pm
2017 · Côte de Nuits, Burgundy · €680
Black cherry, violet, graphite, and that particular Rousseau silk. The benchmark for the village.
2 oz · the headline pour
Hosting is not catering — there are 14 chairs and the chairs are the point. A few old hands, a few new ones, no one we love is sat too far from anyone else.

A list kept short on purpose
No code. Most people wear what they would on a good Saturday — a blazer, an old shirt, decent shoes.
Doors open from 18:45. The first glass is poured at 19:15. Come hungry — Ingvild has been at it since lunchtime.
Tell us when you RSVP and we will work around it. We can do vegetarian, gluten-free, and a separate fish course if you would rather skip the beef.
We will book taxis at the door. Bredgade is a short walk from Marmorkirken metro and there is street parking after 18:00.
After that, the tartare order goes in and the seating chart gets ink. If something changes after, just tell us — there is always a way.
